The tallest residential tower in the UK

As at September 2022, Landmark Pinnacle is the tallest residential tower in the UK over 75 Floors.  Appointed as Soft Flooring specialists to the project, we undertook the installation of Cormar Sensations New Feelings Broadloom Carpet to 822 residential units and 162 serviced apartments, finished off with CAT AT25 Satin Aluminium Threshold Trim and the installation of Milliken Tracing Landscapes Geography Lessons to associated Communal Corridors servicing the apartments.

As works progress these were extended to include the  installation of INTRAmatting INTRAform Low Profile Entrance Matting to the Ground Floor Private and Shared Ownership / Servicable Entrance Areas and Altro Contrax and Stronghold 30 to Service area corridors and stores within the Ground, Basement 1 and 2 to the block.
