The Central Bank project on North Wall Quay with an approximate value of €2.3m, was carried out for Walls Construction Ltd., on a demanding programme between August 2016 and May 2017. Henry J. Lyons Architects were responsible for this project, which was the first office fit-out in Ireland to achieve an “Oustanding” BREEAM environmental rating. The projects consisted of approximately 12,000m2 of various carpet tiles, 6,500m2 of vinyl & Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), 8,600m2 of Porcelain floor & wall tiling, and 300m2 of timber flooring.
